Well I am sorry for all of you Steelers fans. I did no****ch the game but I was told by Jason when he came to bed that there was going to be a lot of pissed off people at work on Monday.
Sorry. I am going to check out the commercials online.

Working today then to the dentist blah! Week in to the Biggest loser and things seem to be ok. The weekends are so very hard. I had not realized how much I used the " weekend excuse" to reward myself with food etc. Gotta find ways to entertain myself again without stuffing my face or eating things that are not good for me, or drinking too much alcohol.

Hope you all have a great Monday, we can do this just hang in there.  Good just to be alive.

Working today but not as bad as I thought I would be.  Spent Friday at the casino and Saturday at a local bar club.  Sunday was at eh Pitts casino in the morning and was surprise by a friend.  Spend afternoon with her and invited her to a SB party that I was going to.

Life not all bad I guess.

Good Morning Nicole! I didn'****ch one moment of the game but I too heard about the verdict.

Nothing exciting planned today. Working until 3:30 - 4 ish. After work headed to my Mom's to hang out with her and Amelia. Mia has had a few rough days / nights, I am hoping that it is finally that stubborn tooth pushing through.

Have a good day all

Morning Nicole.. I didn't even pay attention to the commercials this year.  But, I heard they weren't even all that great.

Now that you have found out that your weekends are your tough spots, you know where you need to focus your attention.  You can do it!

Today has me working til 3:30.  I am struggling a bit with a personal decision, but will figure it out and make it through.

After work, I need to prepare an agenda for a Sisterhood meeting we have tonight.   Then, we will head over to the gym for zumba.  From zumba, we will head to Wegman's for the Sisterhood meeting.  We like to eat dinner at Wegman's before the meeting, so I will keep up that tradition and we will eat dinner there.

I'm hoping we get a decent turnout at the meeting.  We were invitied to join the Easton chapter to take a trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show, so I want to discuss that among other things.  I just have to watch the weather because I hear they are calling for some yucky stuff again and I won't make anyone come out in anything risky.

Hope everyone has a good day.  I'm going to try to keep my head on business today and away from where it's been wandering.

Good Moirning Nicole and PA!

I cannot believe it is Monday already!! Had a great weekend with friends along with getting things done that needed to be done. Didn't sleep well last night....don't know what was up with that?? I had a kind of a "WOW" moment. We went out on Saturday night and I had some pictures of me taken by a friend. I looked at the pictures and I could not believe they were me! I actually looked skinny!! If you are my FB friend I put one of the pictures as my profile pic. Even though it is not showing on the scale, it is definitely evident in pictures!! Pictures don't lie!!

Today wor****il 3:30, then home to deal with house stuff.
That is it for me!

Love, Beth

Good Morning.

I am about to get ready to head to Chem lecture and lab. Then home to do a few chores and to decide what is for dinner.

I got really sick last evening and not sure why. I only ate taco meat with some salsa nd cheese mixed in, which I do all the time when I make tacos or nachos for the family. But feeling better this morning.

Feeling a little blah still, but working through it. It's a slow process.

Have a great day everyone.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Morning Nic and everyone. I watched the game til a little after halftime - the show was really good -the commercials were weird. The Pepsi commercials seemed sort of violent and some of the Doritos were just bizzare. The game was okay - wasn't really rooting for either team - did a lot of reading and puzzle work.

So on my iPhone I have an app called GoMeals and I'm using it starting today - I have put on weight and am NOT happy about it - my pants are screaming and I can't fit comfortably into any of my new jeans, and I am very upset about it. So today my first goal is to kick the carb monster as much as possible, get more veggies into my meals, and get on my bike tonight.

Short work week for me - Friday our vacation begins and we can't wait.

Hope everyone has a good week.

Kathy

Good morning Nicole and all of PA - I did watch with friends last night and I personally thought the Doritios commercials were a riot!  As were the Pepsi Max ones - although the flying cans WERE a little strange - they were funny.  I also really enjoyed the half-time show.  I like the Black Eyed Peas and their music - so all-in-all I enjoyed it.  And - lets not mention that there was a REALLY good football game on too.  Both teams seemed to play well.  And my condolences to the other side of the state - those of us over here - well, sadly, we know THIS feeling all to well....it sucks!!!!!

I am at school, about to do yet another standardized test all day.  Are you all as sick of hearing about them as I am of administering them?  These are the "Predictives"  Not really sure what they are planning on predicting, however, I am just doing my job....oy!

This afternoon, I am going to go home, wake up Larry and we are headed to BJ's to get the paper goods for this weekend.  Tonight I am hopeful to get the centerpeices ready with all the pictures of Molly and possibly, pictures of Israel too.  We shall see.  It is all coming together!

Hope your Monday is magnificent in lieu of mopy......

Good Morning Nicole,
I am late getting here.  I have been up for two hours now.  Already walked Utley, and had breakfast.  I cleaned up around here yesterday, so today is going to be working on getting some CE Hours for license renewal by correspondance.  I already have 12 face to face, and am in the middle of a book that has 15 hours for $49, which is a bargain to me.

I am also trying to clean out my closets and get rid of some clothes, because I have too many.  This is challenging.

Have a good day.  I appreciate you sharing about your struggles with the food, because I need to clean up my act as well.  I tried to start the Beck book, and got off track after a few days.  I lose motivation so easily.

Hang in there.

Trish
