** Saturday Roll Call **

Good morning everyone.....Can't believe it is almost 8 AM and noone has started Roll Call yet.  So here I am.

About to play a little Zuma Blitz, then off to get dressed, head over to Barix for some much needed support and friendship.  This afternoon will consist of running to Neshaminy Mall for some things, hopefully a manicure and a nap.  Tonight, an early dinner with Larry and friends before he goes to work and then an evening filled with dancing, friends and birthday celebrations.......Looking forward to a great day!

Good Morning Steffi and PA!

I am up and drinking my morning coffee and taking my meds and vitamins. Went to bed early last night, I was exhausted!! I tossed and turned most of the night, what is up with that??

Today is going to Barix for support and friends, then have to leave early to take Dee to sell GS cookies at the cookie booth at Walmart. After that, come home and hopefully take a nap before going out this evening to Michael's! I guess that means I get to see Steffi twice in one day!! Lucky me!!

Morin' All,

I've been up since 7ish. Did a 45 minute workout with exercise TV. Love Comcast for that when I don't feel like going to the gym in the muck!!  I too am going to Barix for support and friends. Bringing my husband today. Cherish is not coming with me today.  She has an appt with the vet and one of her cats. After Barix nothing really planned. Maybe go out to lunch with the hubby.

Hi everybody. Have a great day of support & friendship at Barix. I'll be with you in spirit. Today my niece and her family and one of my nephews and his son are coming for a very belated Christmas. It looks like the weather is finally going to cooperate.

For those 'old-timers' out here you may remember my post last year about this niece - she has had many ups and downs with drug addiction and last Christmas devastated my mom and all of us by going off the deep end. It appears now that she is doing well - her family is back together and she is working. We take it one day at a time but this will be the first time I've seen her since my mother's funeral and she had to be escorted by a rehab helper to come to that. So this may be a very emotional reunion.

And now I must go shower and get ready for my mani-pedi then come home to cook for the gang.

I am here up early spent some time with Den then he headed out to Barix. Then I had a long  chat with my girlfriend Kim on the phone.  I am going to get dressed get a manicure then need to run a few errands then home. 

I am going to nap then hoping to get some Soul once Den gets home later today then make our way to Michael's for some dancing...Anyone see a pattern forming here? By the way Soul is the band not "SOUL" hahaha

Sounds like everyone has such fun plans today. I hope you all enjoy your day. I am home all day, doing laundry, dishes and various chores, then off to work this evening around 5.

Good morning all, got done work at 7am and then headed to the gym for 2 hours. Now home and dying my hair, hanging with my boys and then a nap all to head back to work at 7pm for another 16hrs in the wonderful Upper Darby Night Life. I had a great week and actually lost 13 lbs since my last nut appt. I am still pre surgery.....but yesterday was a different story. I got bored at work and slipped and ate somethings that I know I should not be eating. So now I will work harder at the gym and work harder with my will power.

 What is Barix? Everoyne seems to be going there, if it is a support group how do I get involved? I know my Dr has them but I can never make them, they are always on nights I work. 

  Well have a great day and take care all......SLEEEPPPP calls my name!

Barix clinics is located by the Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne. Many of us had our surgery there and twice a month they have support group meetings. They are not limited to Barix patients only - everyone is welcome. Sadly I only manage to make about one a year but it is a fantastic group of leaders and friends. Beth and Denny are two of the leaders and can fill you in with a little more info.

There is also a meeting on. Wednesday during the month - again others can fill you in on the dates and times as I'm not sure and don't want to steer you wrong.

Hidey ho everyone!  I know it's after 2:00, but I just got home and settled from a fabulous bachelorette party in Atlantic City. The band was phenomenal.  They played every kind of music you could imagine.  If you get a chance, check them out.  They are Shorty Long and the Jersey Horns.  They play Harrah's a lot and will be at Sand's Casino near me Feb 18.  I'm going to try to see if I can get out to see them if anyone wants to join me. 

Today has me laying around with Siehara.  I picked her up from her friend's and she isn't feeling well.  So, we are laying in my bed watching Grease.  Once I finish catching up on FB and OH, I'm sure Grease will be watching me.  LOL

I would have loved to go tonight, but I don't think I would survive 2 nights in a row.  Plus, with Siehara not feeling well, I won't just leave her now.  If I had planned to go, I would have ended up cancelling b/c of her being sick. 

Tomorrow morning, I am going to try to go the gym in the morning.  That will depend on Siehara and the weather.  I will relax in the afternoon and then go watch the super bowl commercials with some people from synagogue.  One of the women reserved the club house in her development and we will go watch the game/commercials and schmooze.  We'll just stay til after the half time show and then get home so we can head to bed at a normal hour.

Sorry I am late to the party.  I overslept this morning and was at LaSalle University all day attending a social work licensure continuing ed workshop. 

Tonight it is resting, because I have an infected toe, in addition to a sinus infection.  Yippee....sick at both ends.
