Wednesday's Food Plan

Good Morning All! What are you eating today?

B: oatmeal custard
S: cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 chicken breast, cauliflower and a little mashed potatoes
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: something with ground beef, probably cheeseburgers with broccoli
S: not sure what I have in the house :)

1st meal was protein shake / coffee with cream and splenda
2nd Meal apple and cheddar cheese
3rd chai latte
4th scrambled egg with onion and cheese on a whole wheat wrap
5th skirk steak with veggies
6th orange and some greek yogurt if i feel like I want it that is optional

m1  scrambled egg burrito
m2  yogurt (garsh i love me some yogurt)
m3  LC Salisbury Steak and Mac n cheese (most likely just a bite or two of the mac but alll the meat... mmmm)
m4  chicken nuggets
m5  chicken Spaghetti
