Monday's Menu
Good Morning All! Here's my food plan
B: oatmeal custard (made with almond milk, eggs, maple extract and splenda)
S: strawberries and ricotta
L: soup (chicken broth, mushrooms, onions, celery) and salad with vinigarette
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: at mom's - meat and veggies
S: at Mom's - maybe pop corn

Washington D.C was awesome to visit but not so good for my 'plan'.

m1 fuzzy navel protein drink
m2 yogurt
m3 Lean Cuisine baked chicken
m4 MORE protein drink (maybe try and finish off that Click stuff so I can go get the Syntrax)
M5 Chicken marsala and steamed veggies
m6 Klondike NSA fudge bar.. .(OMG good)
