Tuesday's Eats
Note to anyone following my food, my carbs are higher now that I am maintaining instead of losing.

A lady at support group last night said she wanted to do the liquid diet for 3 days to jump start her back to the basics...but she just wasn't able to start it. Before my brain could stop my mouth, I said I will do it with you and let's start tomorrow. What the crap was I thinking...well, here I am day 1 of a 3 day liquid stint to urge her on to success.

I am getting 81g proten a day and the day is all planned out.
I can hardly remember doing this for over 2 weeks after my motorcycle accident 9/11/10 because my teeth were loose. It is so difficult now...because I can eat, but I am only drinking. I hope she can stick to it also.
