 Yep yep.... prepped a bunch of food over the weekend.  

B: Click shake, weigh****chers breakfast quesadilla
S: swiss cheese and soy crisps
L: spinach & cheese quiche
S: banana & something protein
D: baked chicken w/ veggies
S: protein ice cream after gym

B: eggs, sausage and cheese casserole

L: didn't apack anything hoping someone is running somewhere I can get soup
S: ricotta and strawberries
D: At Mom's - meat and veggies
S: not sure - some thing healthy ish :)

today i wil be having

m1  ham and egg scramble
m2  yogurt
m3  roast beef and gravy with some tators
m4  protein drink
m5  chicken parm with veggies
m6  protein pudding
