Here's my plan

B: Scrambled eggs
S: 1/2 salami sandwich
L: picking something up at wegmans - maybe sushi and soup or a salad - their $6 meals are good too though
S: cheddar cheese and grapes
D: beef stir fry
S: chocolate pudding

m4 pudding cup (sf)
m5 asian meatballs and steamed veggies

S;  1/2 apple w/2 oz hot pepper cheese
L:  3 oz chili w/1 oz cheddar cheese
S:  banana
D:  3 oz tilpia - if there is room after the fish 1/2 oz baked potoato and 1/2 oz veggie
S:  homemade chocolate toffee pudding

My plan...

M1:  Muscle milk light with cheerios
M2:  Activia yogurt with muesli
M3:  Corn chowder (homemade, low fat)
M4:  apple and a cheese stick
M5:  Turkey breast with bruschetta and gruyere over quinoa
M6:  SF pudding probably

Here's my messed up plan. I overslept and had to rush to class. It's almost 1pm and I am JUST now eating! Not good!

L: Turkey & Swiss on Arnold's Flat
S: a few slices of London Broil
D: Sausage with peppers & Onions
S: HB Egg & Cheese
