Tuesday Exercise

I just did 20 minutes on the Elliptial on my Lunch and intend to do another 30 minutes after work at the gym. It feels so good to be posting on the Exercise thread. Who else is moving today? I am determined to get toned this year...

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I know how happy that makes you. 

I'm not sure if I'll do anything tonight or not.  They cancelled the classes at the gym and I SHOULD drag my butt over there anyway.  BUT, I'm just not feeling it.  

Siehara's not here right now so I think I"m going to lay down for a bit.  Maybe once she's home I'll put on a Walk Away the Pounds video and we can do it together.

Hi Shilpa - good for you!  

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical then finished up with about 15 minutes of intensive stretching yesterday (tues).  This morning I opted to not go to the gym and will go tonight after work instead.
