Also when important stuff like this happens I can understand missing your Mom....How about a special dinner for just Molly and you.

We actually do go out just the two of us whenever possible - but maybe you are right - maybe it is high time we make a BIG deal and get dressed up and go somewhere!  Thanks!  (That was my first thought yesterday - I soooo wanted to tell my mom and cheer with her.  She would have been to my house as fast as she could.  Except for you all, there was no one I wanted to share that with - except Larry of course - Molly was totally embarrassed to tell him - he was awesome of course!   (and I think she feels pretty good about the whole situation.)

My mom took me to Macy's Herald Square for lunch and shopping because she said we had to celebrate that I was now a woman. She bought me a pearl bracelet that I still have.

Oh - I love it - I love the "lesleymom"  I HAVE to meet her!  She reminds me of my mom!  :)
