I knew I would forget.....

This started out as a serious thread.  A while back, maybe when Lisa was talking about Siehara, Karen had posted a way to really make the whole transition from childhood to adult a little less scary and bought her daughters things to help make it pleasant.  I remember at the time thinking that it might be nice for Molly as she struggles with so many things, to get something to know that I love that she is maturing and to remind her of how proud I am of her even when things are not so great.  I don't know.  I guess I am chanelling my mom - and I always love to do that.

Her 13th birthday and Bat Mitzvah are in less than a month and it is a bit of a stressful time for her with all the studying and speech writing that are now in their "crunch time" phase.  It might be a little pick me up for her. The timing is very coincidental, but I am glad that she is handling it with all the grace that a 12 year old with bipolar disorder can handle! :)

And as for the boys.....you know how we can get a little smart-assy over here.  I love them and love that they can play this game with us!  (Swede has a daughter and has this lovely time to look forward to.  and Norm....well, he IS Norm after all!)

And - I think we all deserve something - especially when we get to menopause - I would like that NOW!  (although, not with the all the hormonal crap......)
