Welcome, this is a great place to make good connections, I started before my surgery too and today 3+ years post-op, I have made friends that help me continue the path to successing and am living a life that I only dreamed of pre-surgery. . .

Yup, moved there from Queens, NY almost 8 years now, just before RE went crazy. . . I like it there, nice blue collar community, however, the tax base has risen incredibly in the past 8 years and I am now considering selling and moving to either PA or DE, but that will be a little while from now, because I would be selling at a loss right now. I live in the downtown area of MS, 2-1/2 blocks off of Main Street. . .

Both great states to consider moving too. I like the no tax thing in DE, but PA is so pretty.
