Good morning everybody. Could this possibly be the biggest Thursday thread ever?

Let's see.

I'm up and running, soon heading for the gym. After a dull day at work, Mary and I will have dinner tonight then head of to the Sands to enjoy some free slot play.

Protein shake for breakfast

Yogurt and apple for snack

Leftover turkey casserole for lunch

Yogurt for snack

Pork for dinner

OK. Now how's about you all? I'll check back later!

Work today then a womens appt lol. Then chores gotta start getting the house ready. Yum yum is starting to fit in more, critter actually half way played with him last night so that is good.

Good Morning Norm & PA:

Today I'm getting ready to head out the door to work.  I was supposed to be on vacation right now, but due to this project from hell, I'm heading to the office.  Hoping to get everything back on an even keel today and clean up some other work that has been piling up due to this project.  This was dumped on me two weeks ago and I am ahead of the kick off date that was finally agreed to so all is good.

Yesterday I was an awesome wife to my wonderful hubby.  He was stressed getting his stuff prepared for his class last night so I went outside and spent an hour shoveling and cleaning off both vehicles.  He was able to relax and complete putting together the syllibus and all the other stuff he needed for his presentations/lectures.  Then I spent a half hour on the treadmill.

Today my plans are to work till my queries are completed and distributed, finish up any single case rate negotiaitons I have piling up, then complete 3 spreadsheets of data comparison that needs to go to another department once I clean up the data for data entry.  I'll possibly be there late, not sure yet.

Once home I'm planning to hit the treadmill for at least a half hour hopefully an hour.

As far as food have no idea at this point what I'm eating today.  I know I will have 32 oz of water on the ride into work, then 24 oz of decaf tea once I arrive there.

Have a great day, stay warm, and drive carefully....

Ida

 Good morning all,

Been up for a few hours already.  Just thinking about the weekend.  Been a long week already.

Trying to think of new and exciting ideas for dinner.

Anyone have any good ideas that are fast and easy to make?

Geoff

Talk about trying to ***** up the posts.. nice..

Working, thinking about how to deal with my daughter who I caught sexting again, and attempting to regain my sanity once and for all.   I'll post about her episode on another thread so as not to take too much away from this one.. sigh.........

So, today is work til 3:30
hebrew school routine whi*****ludes driving her, going to gym for C25K training, picking her up, and going to gym for pilates.

Home tonight to further contemplate how I will handle her escapades and do some cleaning for my Tastefully Simple party on Sunday... who's coming??

Hoarder! Norman, just because you don't have 20 pet rats and 10,000 cans of expired Spam, doesn't mean you can hoard all of the daily threads into your one. You need help man.....you need help!

Anyways, will still be attempting to do some school work today since the system was down yesterday and the school says it will be running fine today.....yeah right.

Other than that,

Laundry
Dishes
Cooking
Play with kiddos

I was 197 calories UNDER my allowed yesterday and normally I would have found something 200 calorie to eat, but I was full from earlier snack, satisfied, and went to be instead. The day after Christmas, I began being strict with my calories, protein and sugars and it's paying off! Yay! Tomorrow WILL be a cheat day so I will be extra good today.

It's a cold one out there.......be warm, be safe, and have a wonderful day.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Morning all - way to multi-task Norm! Looks like you have a full day ahead of you. Good luck at the casino.

You may have the biggest Thursday thread ever - mine will be the dullest - work, home, dinner, exercise the arm and legs.

And that's about it for this girl today.

Oh I love the combined post! One stop shopping!

Today my Great Unemployment Adventure continues. I'm going out for breakfast with a friend, then I'm going to spend some time in Borders working on my resume and taking advantage of the resources there (not buying any books though, so haha on you, Borders!), then this afternoon I have to pick my mom and sister up from PHL airport. After that I plan to go to Zumba and perhaps another class, then home to relax.

Meals:
Pre-B: Half a protein shake
B: scrambled eggs with cheese, and BACON
S: string cheese, clementine
L: leftover taco soup
S: peanut butter crackers
D: Not sure yet. Probably fish w/ vegetables
S: protein ice cream

Good day, all!

Hey Liz, have you tried those new Thomas' 'skinny' bagels? They're good and I can eat them - a whole one is only 110 calories and they come in at least 3 different flavors - regular, whole wheat, and cinnamon raisin. I'm lazy, so they beat hollowing out a regular one!
