 B:  3 oz Irish oatmeal w/raisins & protein powder
L:  6 oz greek yogurt
D:  3 oz meatballs w/sauce  1 tbsp parm cheese

16 oz crystal light 
24 oz decaf tea
24 oz decaf tea

Here's my meal plan.........

B: Hard Boiled Egg, 2 slices of lunchmeat ham
S: 1oz PepperJack Cheese
L: Chicken Thigh & Broccoli sauteed in Garlic and Jerk sauce
S: Swiss cheese
D: Grilled Chicken Thigh & Brussell Sprouts
S: Meat/Chesse roll ups
