Monday Exercise!
Good morning/afternoon.
Just wondered what we're all doing today to stay active?
I'm in for my usual 60 minutes on the elliptical with my ankle weights.
I jacked up the resistence on my workout today and burned 900 calories in an hour. Pretty pleased with that. My legs kind of hurt too!

I will be on the Gazelle and treadmill later. (As long as Johnny gets the Kerosone heater lit for me so it warms up!) Fortunately, we have space for several exercise items, however, they are in an unfinished, unheated part of our barn, and it's COLD!
