day 3:
already have 12 oz of decaf tea and my coffee in... still making sure to get all my decaf liquids in and doing well with it!
B: steel cut oats w/ banana
S: yogurt w/meusli
L: chicken w/ veggies
S: protein bar
D: chili w/ tortilla chips (in the crockpot now..nom nom)
S: hmmmm... protein ice cream?
