M1: Muscle milk light with cheerios
M2: Activia yogurt
M3: Homemade quiche (egg beaters, lowfat cheese, broccoli, onions, purchased pie crust)
M4: Quinoa with pumpkin seeds, raisins, and cranberries
M5: Tempeh with shirataki noodles (made the quiche last night instead)
