YEP.. I'm posting the menu.. whatcha know about that?!?!?

I WILL get all my decaf liquids in again as I did yesterday!!

B: steel cut oats w/ a banana
S: ricotta pie (egg bites)
L: cheeseburger pie
S: south beach protein bar
D: chicken w/ vegetables
S: protein ice cream

more water more tea more water

M1  egg and sausage burrito (with almost none of the tortilla)
M2  Carmel Mocha Coffee (protein drink)
M3  Beef and Veggie Soup
M4  Some kind of Fruit and Peanut Butter
M5  (inspired by Lisa).  Cheeseburger pie.  MMMMMM

not a big water drinker but will get in Decaf Tea and decaf coffee

L: salad with some kind of protein (I Have to run out)

Howdy!  (and good for you, Lisa!)

M1:  Muscle milk light with cheerios
M2:  Activia yogurt
M3:  Homemade quiche (egg beaters, lowfat cheese, broccoli, onions, purchased pie crust)
M4:  Quinoa with pumpkin seeds, raisins, and cranberries
M5:  Tempeh with shirataki noodles (made the quiche last night instead)
