Back to the Basics - Menu for Monday
ok, back posting here. it has been forever
B: Inspire Caramel Latte protein drink
S: DD Large coffee with milk and truvia
L: shrimp with ****tail sauce
S: dried edamame mix (some lightly salted and some wasabi)
WAWA coffee with milk . . .
D: Large salad with romaine, tomato, blanched snow peas, 1 hard boiled egg, feta, orange and red pepper, and celery
have 86 calories left if I need a snack but pretty full right now.

I did AWESOME today!!!!!!!! I got in well over 80 oz of DECAF liquids!
The only change top my plan was dinner and I was kind of thinking I may change my mind once I got to Wegman's. I did not get sashimi. Instead I got chicken marsala w/ broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ate a few small spoons of the potatoes 3/4 of the chicken and 3/4 of the broccoli. I brought the rest home for lunch for tomorrow.
It's amazing what can happen when you stay on track.
