Hi Lisa;
No somedays I do not. Thanks for your concern I appreciate that!
Since the dental work I started over the summer - eating is very painful for me much of the time. I try to suppliment with 2 protein shakes a day and greek yogurt, however there are those days that it gets away from me and I give up and concentrate on fluids just to get something in.
I'm looking forward to getting back to normal - but not quite sure when that is going to happen.
There are some days when ground meat does not hurt my mouth and I'm able to eat that type of stuff, but when it starts to hurt or hurts upon initially eating it, it goes into the freezer to wait till I can try it again.
Scrambled eggs are also on my list of stuff to eat, but recently my pouch decided it didn't like them anymore so I'm waiting a bit more to try them again. And ricotta and cottage cheese are staples for me, have to get to the store to pick some up - I forgot to put them on the list of groceries for Gene on Monday.....Maybe tonight after work a run to the store....
Thanks,
Ida
