24 oz water
B: 3.5oz irish oatmeal w/6 gram added protein powder
2 - chocolate chip cookies
1- white chocolate chip cookie
1 - German butter cookie (my great grandmothers recipe)
All these cookies have been modified to be WLS friendly - however, my wonderful daughter backed way to many for Gene and I and they are way to tempting to have in the house for both of us so tomorrow all the cookies will be place on a very nice tray and taken to church for Fellowship hour and none will come home with us.
24 oz decaf orange tea w/splenda & half & half 2 tbsp.
L: 6 oz Fage greek yogurt
24 oz. decaf earl gray tea w/splenda & half & half 2 tbsp.
D: 3 oz meatballs (homemade) - I still cannot eat more than 3 oz of meat and when I do that no veggies or starch - I'm full on the meat.
24 oz of some kind of beverage
maybe something for dessert although I do think I've had enough dessert for one day as evidenced above....
