WOW Pam!  I don't know what to say.  I feel so bad that I didn't realize you were going through all this. I've been so wrapped up in my own drama that I closed myself off to the world.

You are the most unselfish person I know.  You think of helping others before helping yourself.  There are so many people that care about you.  Let us take care of you for once.  If you need ANYTHING let me know.

It's funny - i was going to text you this morning to see how you were feeling... now I don't have to!  :-)

I'm glad you're feeling a bit better, but don't make the mistake of pushing yourself too hard, too fast, or you WILL have a relapse.  Your body is telling you something, so listen to it.  I know you (you're a lot like me in that)... the key is in what you said in your post:  "the doc said to stay out of the gym, but i've kept up with the exercise" - i believe he might have been telling you not to exercise for a bit so your body has extra resources to recover...    It's great that you're keeping yourself on track, but just be sure to be KIND to yourself along the way - it's another way of keeping yourself on track.  Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I continue to be in awe of how you're handling yourself with Brian - you have managed to deal with the emotions in a thoughtful way that is sensitive to your needs while also recognizing his needs, and that's a pretty special thing.  I hope that things continue in a manageable way and that with time the wounds on both sides will heal.  You will come out of this experience a stronger and even more confident woman.

Hugs and, as always, let me know if there's ANYTHING you need!
