Oreo Truffles

1 8oz package cream cheese
16 oz semi sweet baking chocolate, melted (white chocolate is also really good)
In food processor, crush oreos to crumbs. Add cream cheese and pulse til well blended. Chill dough for at least 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Freeze 2 hours. Dip balls in melted chocolate and place back on cookie sheet with wax paper and chill until hardened.
Sometimes I add extracts to the chocolate. Almond, vanilla, orange, etc. Whatever you like. I'm betting rum might be good too. If you drink liquor, Kahlua is excellent in it also. Also if you are a mocha fan, some instant coffee in the melted chocolate is yummy.
