Morning, all!

My meal plan for the day is:

M1:  Muscle milk and cheerios
M2:  Activia light yogurt
M3:  Vegetarian "turkey" loaf with mashed sweet potatoes
M4:  Cheese stick
M5:  Turkey with parmesan spinach and barley
