Toning Tuesday~

Bigman and I headed off to the gym today to get our day started. Well my trainer ince again was late. That's two! 

So I did cardio this morning on my own with 16 minutes on the treadmill with incline ( I am slowly working that up) plus increasing the speed. Then did 25 minutes on the bike which was just 5 miles.

So it felt good to get moving but annoyed with the trainer. Next time this happens I will request a new trainer I understand we all have car issues but I am hauling my butt out of bed at 6am and he is not there,. Not good!

I'd totally be talking to them about the trainer.  There is no reason for that crap.

I'll be doing double duty at the gym today.. some form of cardio while Siehara is at Hebrew School, then back for Pilates after.

He came over an apologize but this was twice...So I  will see what happens next week. I agree no reason but twice in a weeks time is just not good.

Good for you getting to the gym soooooo early in the morning! THAT is dedication!!
