Friday Movin' and Groovin'
Dragged my butt reluctantly to the gym this morning (i SO wanted to sleep in), and I'm so glad I did - i feel so much better after a good workout.
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill, some weights, some flexibility work, and some great stretching.

As some of you may know, I work at a state hospital with young adult sex offenders. Anyway, we have a gym with a full basketball court in it. Well I recently got done playing 30 minutes of full court basketball. I did pretty good too! There was some burning in the chest and heavy legs at times but I didnt lose my breath and didnt sweat too bad either. The last time i tried to play with these guys I felt like I was going to die. What a difference 110 pounds makes!!!!!!! Im pretty excited about this.
