Thursday's Food Plan
Good morning Liz!
B: 1 1/2 scrambled eggs + 1 oz ham
the dog ate the portion I could not finish :)
S: SF Hot Cocoa + 5g protein powder
L: 1 slice 45 cal. wheat toast + 2 oz ham + 1 oz provolone
S: String Cheese stick
D: 3 oz some find of meat...chicken or ham
S: SF Hot Cocoa + 5g protein powder
That is the plan & I am sticking to it!
