Good Morning All - Getting my butt back on track

B: 2 scrabled eggs with cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to run out, thinking a chef salad
S: yogurt
D: ordering out with my grandmother - protein and veggies of some sort
S: S/F cookie

Good morning Liz!

B: 1 1/2 scrambled eggs + 1 oz ham
       the dog ate the portion I could not finish :)
S: SF Hot Cocoa + 5g protein powder
L:  1 slice 45 cal. wheat toast + 2 oz ham + 1 oz provolone
S:  String Cheese stick
D:  3 oz some find of meat...chicken or ham
S:  SF Hot Cocoa + 5g protein powder

That is the plan & I am sticking to it!

I've got a plan.  I love having a plan.  And I need to have a plan!

B - eng muffin w/peanut butter
S - pineapple in splenda
L - smart ones with extra peas
S - cup of soup
D - hot dog, baked beans
S - popcorn

Morning all!

M1:  Protein shake - banana and strawberry
M2:  Activia yogurt
M3:  Homemade chicken potato leek soup w/greek yogurt (yummy!)
M4:  Apple and cheese stick
M5:  Sashimi tuna and salmon with lf spicy mayo
M6:  SF pudding
