Small WOW moment for me!

So I've posted earlier last week that I want to work up to an hour on the elliptical at the gym.  Today I did 50 minutes and I feel great!!!  I had my heart beat up to 180ish for most of the 50 minutes and I didn't feel like I was going to pass out!!  WOO HOO!!  I feel much more comfortable running on the elliptical than the treadmill.  I have way to much junk that jiggles if I attempted the treadmill running!

Hope y'all get a little exercise in today. It may be cool outside but the sun is shining!

Enjoy your day.

That's awesome, Cyd! I really need to get my butt back to the gym. No excuses, right? You've inspired me so here's what I'm going to do: I have a meeting with my surgeon followed by the psychiatrist tomorrow. I think I'm going to pack some sneakers and head to the gym afterward.

Thank you ladies!

Tomorrow I'll stick with the 50 minutes again.  Next week I'll see how I do with adding another 10 minutes.

Cyd,You reminded me of when I first started out, I could not tolerate the elliptical for 2 minutes, I eventually got it up to a full hour.  These are certainly milestone moments for us. . .  Congrats!Laureen

Great job, Cyd!!

I personally hate the elliptical, but Dr. Lomonaco told me that if I want to lose this last bit of fat, I have to do more cardio.  Maybe I'll try it again?!?!
