Hauled my carcass to the gym for the first time since Monday (work schedule has truly sucked this week). Took it a little easier on pace to avoid injury after such a long time "off"...
Did 20 minutes on the treadmill with high incline at 4.1mph, followed that with 10 minutes on the recumbent bike at 104 - 110 rpm. Then moved to the mats for ball crunches, ball planks, oblique crunches, and an intense round of stretches.

I have been fighting against exercise for quite some time. People say find something you like....but I really don't like anything except sitting on the couch. So I am putting an effort into exercise and will ride my recumbant bike for 45 minutes today and break out the new exercise disk I just bought and maybe that will be what I really enjoy.
I do know one thing, I really enjoy being healthy and that means I must get my butt up and moving if I want to stay that way.

I would encourage you to do everything you can to build that habit into your lifestyle, because it doesn't get any easier to maintain weight or introduce a new exercise habit the farther out you are!
