Daily food log......what are you eating today????
Hello Ladies. I didn't know if you ladies did a daily food log that allowed all of us to share what we are eating for the day. Thought I'd start one....but if someone else does this already and I'm not seeing it then show me what's up...LOL!!!!
I'm not doing anything "fancy" for the next few days as I'm going to be knee deep into the 5 Day Pouch Test....YIPEEE!!! Mr. Carby and I have been having a love affair and I have to kick him to the curb so Mr. Protein and I can continue on with our relationship....LOL!!!

Jill,
It's soooo easy! (I have a couple of different recipes for it...) Basically, a can of pumpkin (15oz), a can of nonfat evap milk, 1 cup of ff half and half, 1-1/2 c. splenda or maltitol, 2 tsp (or more if you like it spicy) pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsp cinnamon. As it's just about done, i toss in a pinch or two of xanthan gum (makes it creamier and prevents it from freezing over-hard) and a shot of goldschlager (again - keeps it from freezing too hard, but can easily be omitted).
Literally takes 20 - 30 minutes at most.
I rarely have any left to freeze because we all love it "soft serve" consistency and the teenagers particularly devour it.
