Good morning everyone.....It os 2:30 AM and I am up....I guess when you go to sleep at 9, and your 8 year old is in your bed tossing and turning, chances are you are going ot wake up at some point......

I am looking forward to an amazing day filled with support, laughter and quitepossily a glass or two of wine.  I am going back to bed, have to take Josh to school at 7:30 for a robotics competition that I, for one, am glad is finally here as he is driving us crazy with all the drama that surrounds the people on his team, home to get some bills done then off to Barix for the "First Saturday Support Group" meeting.  I am soooo looking forward to it - I haven't been to a Saturday meeting since the summer.....and I REALLY need these people!  Coming home in the afternoon to do some straightening and then three couples are coming over for dinner.  No worries however, LARRY is cooking! :)

Then tomorrow - off to meet the newly married mrs. Jodi Eckard - aka Jojo - at Chickie's!  Its gonna be a good weekend! :)

So - whatcha have planned for the day - hope it is GREAT!

Today is a work day for me.  Then it's off to Larry's Sportscenter for a Harley fix and a Veteran's Day celebration.  After that, it's home briefly then out to Olga's for the Songwriters Roundtable.

Good Morning Steffi and those yet to come. . .

I, too, am looking forward to Barix' great support group!  After that my plans include the wonderful man in my life and early dinner, a women's AA meeting this evening and probably some girl talk afterwards.

Hope you all have a great day and hope to see some of you at Barix at 11 a.m., remember you don't have to be a Barix patient to attend our support groups.

Hugs, Laureen

Good Morning Steffi & Paula,

Just woke up - we slept on the couch last night - I hate when that happens - Mark said I was so sound asleep he didn't want to wake me, so he parked on the other couch.  Am just sitting here with one of my kittty cats on my lap contemplating the day.

First stop - Barix first Saturday meeting - followed by a visit to Platos closet and TJ Maxx - I desperately need jeans and some pants for work - am looking like a pauper.  I have increased my carbs a bit, but continue to lose weight - am 10 lbs below my goal weight and it's freaking me out a bit - don't want to overdo it... finding balance is a challenge.

Then home to work on cleaning the house.  Mark has a game tonight, so I'll be hanging home.

Tomorrow I too am joining the fun to go and meet JoJo at Chickies and then Mark and I are planning a quiet evening together - doing some cooking for the week and he wants to free his inner pyro and build a fire out back.

That's it for me this weekend,

xoxo,

Maura

Good Chilly Morning Steffi and PA,

Today I am also going to support group. Lots of stuff going on and need support and friends!! After that I am hoping to get together with one of my coworkers to walk around Franklin Mills and possibly pick up some Chanukah gifts for Dee, since it is SO early this year! Dee slept at her friends house last night so I am here alone and like it!!

I, too also fell asleep on the sofa. I watched two episodes of "Teach, Tony Danza", then zonked out! I LOVE that show especially since it is at my alma mater! GO VIKINGS!!! 145!!! Right Steffi??

Hope to see you at support. If not have a great day and bundle up! It is COLD out there!

Good Morning Steffi & PA;

This morning is a busy one for me.  I have to run to Henry ave by 11am to pick up my book for my next class.  Then up to Langhorne to Barix for the remainder of the meeting.  I'll be late, better late than never I belive.  I will be flying solo, Gene's practice is growing so he's taking on Saturday clients.  With the advent of his private practice and it's seeming success, we now have to get that situated then make the time for "US TIME".  Right now with me just beginning school and his practice taking off its okay where we are at the moment.  Finding our level ground, in the near future we will have to talk about how we fit each other into "our" crazy schedules.

After Barix I'm heading to My Ladies Corset Shop in Jenkintown - need to get some bras - all my bras are too big again.  So it's time to do something about that.

Looking forward to seeing those that are at Barix today...

Hope everyone has an awesome day.

Good Morning Steffi,
I got up earlier, walked Utley, and went back to bed.  I had a rough night and could not sleep because of the discomfort in my lungs.  I feel better this afternoon.

My sister and I went to an Eastern Orthadox church's Ethnic Food Festival this afternoon and had some homemade pierogies.  We also took some chances on some raffle baskets.  I have won two different times at this particular event.  I am hoping to win again this year.

Tonight, I am heading to an AA meeting.  I am making more of them this week, which is helping me tremendously.  I do wish I felt better this morning so that I could have gone to the Barix meeting, but I was just beat.

Hope everyone has a good rest of the weekend.  Don't forget, set clocks back this weekend.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi all. I have had a wonderful weekend so far with one of my closet friends. She came to my place last night and we headed over to the Xmas tree shop - her maiden voyage in there. Both came out with some fun stuff then we went to dinner and caught up. Came home and sat up til 12:30 fanning and laughing.

Today we got up and headed out to Lancaster. If you were out there you would swear there is no recession as the outlets were mobbed! Didn't stop us tho - we plowed thru the crowds and had a great time.

Home now and she's on her way home. Not sure what is on our agenda for tomorrow. Would like to talk hubby into going to Jo's get together at Chickies but not sure that'll happen.

That's about it for me' tonight. Exhausted but it's a good tired.
