Wednesday Workout!

Did treadmill  warm up then worked 45 minutes with the trainer focus on chest and upper body then did 3 miles in the recumbent bike.

At one point I stopped counting just kept repeating I am worth it, I am worth it. Let Tamar do the counting it really helped get through it.

I dragged Paul out for a walk early this morning.  Yeah, just about too dang cold to do that anymore!!  lol  I think we walked for about 45 minutes, taking "our hill route".

Heading to the park in about 45 min. for a lunch time run. I went to the under armour outlet yesterday and bought some coldgear tights and gloves....oh how I love shoping for fitness clothing! I'm running a 5K on Saturday for pancreatic cancer and it's suppose to be cold so I needed these items, right? smile....

I NEVER count when I'm with the trainer.  It's all him.  I work on remembering to breathe and not fall over lol

Today was a 45 min intensive spin class followed by about 10-15 mins of deep stretching and really concentrating on me, it felt good!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

LOL...Pam glad to see I am not the olny that feels like I will fall over or worse drop a weight on my head! We are worth it girlfriend!
