Well, it's Day 3 of back to basics for me. Yesterday's menu ended up not being anything like the one I had originally planned, but it included all healthy food choices, no sugar and no white flour, which I think is key for me.
Today:
B - protein shake
S - apple/cheese
L - smart ones
S - cup of soup
D - sliced roast beef over a baked potato with mixed veggies
S - popcorn

L: Italian Wedding Soup
S: Popcorn or Yogurt
D: Turkey Meatloaf w/salad and veggies
S: If anything, s/f rice pudding

D: Grilled Salmon over greens, but I did have the shot glass carrot cake, which I think comes in at 240 calories. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
