Daily Pledge, Tuesday, 11/2/10
I am pledging another 24 hours of sane eating, although I know today will be harder than yesterday. I feel really good about the fact that I stayed on plan yesterday.

L - Smart ones
D - chicken wings, 1/2 baked potato, broccoli
S - Is popcorn okay? I ran out of SF ice cream.

S: S/F jello made with s/f canned fruit and sliced banana
L: Baked Ziti (made with Dreamfields pasta, skim ricotta/mozzarella/procsuiotto
S: Popcorn
D: Dinner with the "eens" at Seasons 52, so not sure
S: Sure to have a "shot glass" dessert at Seasons 52. . .
I eat the l/f popcorn at least 2x a week. . .
