Did mile on the treadmill, then worked out with trainer focus today was legs. I fought for every move by the end but didn't give up. Karen your words of advise from Saturday were ringing in my head! Then I did a 2 mile cool down on the bike.

well, i DIDN'T get to the gym this morning because my car's in the shop for inspection and I couldn't get my sleepyhead becky out of bed this morning in time to go to the gym - but she did get me to work and she will be picking me up, so i can't complain.  :-)

I'll just do extra tomorrow.  And i'll be working in the studio tonight, so that's alway a bit of a workout.

30 mins with the trainer - my focus was also legs.....and yea...I was fighting too.  Damn trainers!

Did c25k afterwards...a little over 2 miles in 30 mins week 2 day 1, still doable

3 sets of weighted abs afterwards
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

My legs are wicked sore from saturday's workout but I ran 3 miles anyway during lunch. It felt good to run but now that I'm back at my desk I'm crippled.

I'm training two clients at Planet fitness tonight. Hope they don't me to demonstrate much tonight. owie!

Howdy,

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical today.  I am going to work my way up to an hour.  I figure if Norm and Shilpa can do an hour, so can I.  40 minutes actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I've done 30 minutes before, so whats another 10 minutes.  I figure each week I'll add another 10 minutes.

I KNOW you can do it. Sadly I am still unable to do much heavy duty elliptical workout as I would like. Last time I attempted getting on it I felt like I was going to fall off so I have been trying to log 10,000 steps or 5 miles walking every day. Thanks again for the compliment and YES as I said anybody and everybody has the capability to push themselves...Congrats!!

I cannot wait till my class is over tomorrow night.  I have not been to the gym or near my treadmill in 5 days....

A woman who I work with but do not see often ended up in the elevator together, she told me I look great then asked me if I'm working out.  I told her as much as I can, she said it shows, that I look toned and not saggy skinned like some people do when they loose weight.  I said thank you to her.  I didn't think it showed that I work out, but guess it must.
