Not asking for details, just curious why and is it mutual? I tend to have a tough time wrapping my head around defaulting on commitments but of course all parties have to share the commitment or it's just spitting in the wind.

Is it completely mutual? No. I agree with the not defaulting on commitments. But it has been a one sided committment for four out of the 10 years, and quite frankly, it can't happen anymore. It's not fair to either one of us. I'm not willing to bad mouth him on a public forum. I have changed as well, and I recognize that fact. And in all honesty, again, changing the rules and/or the players if you will half way through the game is not fair either.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
