Looking for a "Buddy"

I have set a date of November 1 to really get back on track and try to return to basics, if I can even remember what they are at this point.  I am looking for someone to journey with me, hold me accountable, work with me -- kind of like an AA sponsor.  I need someone to call, who will ask me to call them, who will call me, and maybe even get together face-to-face.  If this is something you think you would be willing to do, please PM me with your phone number and a good time to call.  I'm getting desperate.

I will totally do this with you... I'm trying to cut out the stresses of life and replace with good things because I have learned that stress for me now after surgery causes me not to loose weight...  I am hoping that by Monday I will be feeling better and I am hoping to sign up at a gym this weekend if I can get my butt out of bed this weekend... I need sleep so I can kick this nasty cold...

Thanks, Shannon.  I hope you feel better.  I had a bad cold a couple of weeks ago.  I have a food plan for Monday, a commitment to track my food, and some good friends to talk me off the ledge when I'm on it.

Well just last night I just got a TON of yogurt at wal-mart to eat over the weekend... I'm going to try hard to just do yogurt and protein shakes during the day and then normal dinner... and then during the work week I will do normal lunch and yogurt and protein shakes at the other times... but going to try hard not to eat anything that is bread wise.  I have cut that down a lot since being pregnant and stopping the breastfeeding... but my body is being super stuborn and doesn't want to really move weight wise...

Today after I ate lunch I walked 2 full laps around my office building... love walking in the cold but my heel isn't too happy... guess I will have to get a foot rub from Jeremy this weekend or see if the chiro has an opening tomorrow morning heheheh! 

Oh yeah... doing all of this right before that monthly friend comes... so might as well be super crabby all at once lol... hate my co-workers anyways lol...

I'm getting in "forced" exercise the past two days.  My son has my car, so I have to walk home from the train station, which is about a 45 minute walk.  Now, if I could only force myself to do that on a regular basis.  I'll have excuses though -- it gets dark early; it's too cold; etc.
I didn't get my friend this month.  Wonder if I'm starting menopause at age 50.
