Good Morning All

Here is my plan

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: steak pieces and a couple slices of cheese
S: grapes and peanuts
D: meatballs in gravy with some veggie - not sure which yet. Oh and Chis will have noodles, I won't
S: slice of sugar free pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing OK so it's Chris' b-day so I get to eat cake! lol

L: more soup
S: protein shake
D: shrimp w/ edamame
S: protein ice cream

I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND QUIT THE DANG GRAZING.  There. I said it.

Morning - here's my plan for the day:

M1:  protein shake, strawberries and banana
M2:  Yogurt
M3:  pork ribs slow cooked in beer with apples and cherries and onion
M4:  Fresh pineapple
M5:  Protein bar (before my personal training session)
M6:  Something light - post training
