Wednesday's Menu (Don't tell me your not eating)
Mine was bought from Cosi during lunch with a friend, but it would be VERY easy to make:
tandoori-spiced chicken, diced over field greens with red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers (I had them hold the roasted red peppers)
Had it with FF balsamic vinaigrette, which blended beautifully with the tandoori spices (surprisingly)
It would also be great with wegmans greek yogurt/feta/lemon/garlic dressing.
Per Cosi's menu, it's only 188 cals with the ff balsamic. 2g fat, 23g protein, 21g carb
It was very yummy!
Hope it appeals! (I had never thought of topping a salad with tandoori chicken - not sure why as it's a no-brainer... and one of my favorites and soooo easy to make!)
