Trying to get back in the posting routine...

M1:  Peanut butter on sandwich thin
M2: Activia yogurt
M3: Bombay chicken salad with FF balsamic dressing (from Cosi)
M4:  Fresh pineapple w babybel cheese
M5:  tilapia sauteed with cherries and almonds in balsamic
M6:  Homemade pumpkin ice cream

What is a Bombay chicken salad? And how do you make it or do you buy it? I have lost 15lbs since being hospitalized and am struggling to eat every day. Not that I want to regain the weight back to trying to see what would appeal to me. This sounds delicious.

Mine was bought from Cosi during lunch with a friend, but it would be VERY easy to make:

tandoori-spiced chicken, diced over field greens with red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers (I had them hold the roasted red peppers)

Had it with FF balsamic vinaigrette, which blended beautifully with the tandoori spices (surprisingly)

It would also be great with wegmans greek yogurt/feta/lemon/garlic dressing.

Per Cosi's menu, it's only 188 cals with the ff balsamic.  2g fat, 23g protein, 21g carb

It was very yummy!

Hope it appeals!  (I had never thought of topping a salad with tandoori chicken - not sure why as it's a no-brainer... and one of my favorites and soooo easy to make!)
