Ok so go figure...I spend the majority of my night literally sitting with NOTHING to do.  I finally log on here after catching up with the staff here whom I haven't worked with in awhile (read:  gabbing all night) and doing some work I needed to get done....and patients begin walking in.  Hmpf!

I'm here till 7:15ish.  Running a few errands.

Spin from 8:15-9:00
?? from 9:00-9:30
Personal training 9:30-10:00

Food store

I really feel like baking today, so while in the foodstore might think of something to bake and bring in to work tonight.

With any luck I'll be in bed by noon, one the latest.  Back to work tonight at the "easy" job like I am tonight from 11p-7a.  Loving the 8 hour shifts....feels "short" in comparison to 12 at LVH!

Have a GREAT day!

Hi all,

Sometimes an all night gab is good.

Today is work.  I will meet with the Auction guy this afternoon.  We are going to have to downsize and we need the bucks.  I am going to keep a few momentos but not much.

That's about it.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Morning Pam... you have about an hour left of work.  Hope it's still a pretty relaxed evening.

Last night, I decided to go to the support group at LVH.  Unfortunately, though it was an interesting topic, and I got to spend time with DEB, it did not give me the support I was looking for.  They were talking about osteoporosis and the importance of calcium and vit. D.  Yes, I know these things are important and they even did a heel scan and I found that I am at a very low risk for osteoporosis (YAY!)    It did help that I got to talk to Deb after the meeting over coffee and soup.  I need to get my head together and fix the food situation.  I've tried to post on the daily menu thread and I am not good at doing it.  So... I am just going to try to take one meal at a time, one hour at a time.. whatever it takes.   I'm getting the scale out now and giving myself a reality check to see where I've let myself go.

Anyway... venting over... today has me working, then taking Siehara to Hebrew School.  While she is there, I am going to go to the gym and get on a bike.  After Hebrew School over to Whitehall gym for pilates!

Somewhere in there, I'll feed my child.  I'll probably stick to shakes today.. or at least during the day and then have a decent dinner.

Hope everyone has a good day.

HEaded to the office today, then into meetings that will last through Saturday. It's not all that difficult, really, except for the "schmoozing" that goes with the dinners and all the fakey fakey that goes with that. Not cut out for the BS I guess but hey, I can do it. Talk baseball or something.

So I'll see y'all on the flip side! If I'm lucky I'll be able to lurk using 3G!

Morning Pam, PA Posters. . .

Another workday, otherwise nothing too exciting to say here.

Yesterday I did check out Planet Fitness, as there is a brand new one near my job, and the value is pretty good at $20 a month, being able to use any of their gyms anywhere, with unlimited guest passes, free personal trainers for group workout plans, tanning and massage chairs. . .  So I will wake up on most mornings, put on my gym gear, walk the Roxie girl and then take off for the gym, with my work clothes packed, work out, take my shower at the gym and be at work on time.  All I know is I MUST get my saggy butt back there, so I am joining tomorrow when I get paid.

That's about all from me, wishing everyone the best possible of days with peace and strength for dealing with life's challenges.

Hugs, Laureen

Good Morning Pam & PA:

Late day into work.  Teeth cleaning this morning, then work.  Will probably be in the office till 5 today.  Then to the gym and home to spend some time with my wonderful hubby.  He has a paper to write for his post graduate studies, then needs to grade his students midterms.  We get to spend some time together once I get home - yeah.....This weekend I have a 5 page paper to put together and a 10-15 min PP presentation for class on Tuesday.  Busy weekend ahead.

Hope everyone has an awesome day....

Good Morning Pam :) You should be on your way home by now!

I am at work, ugh! Poor Amelia is stuffy and was very restless last night. She slept, Mommy didn't. So despite the rumors that I am widdling and harvesting I will actually be headed straight home after work today to make dinner and snuggle with Amelia. Hoping for an early bedtime.

Oh and today is my hubby's bday so I have to assemble and wrap his present later too.

Morning all - another day in the office for me. People are starting to filter in, slowly but surely. Nothing too exciting going on here right now.

I did get down to the clubhouse last night and got on the treadmill again - feels great doing that again. Got 1.2 miles in 30 minutes, so each time is getting a little better and I'm moving better. I'm really hoping that by using the treadmill I can tighten these legs (and saggy butt) up a little bit and get some more inches off - pounds off would be wonderful too but for now I'll settle for inches.

Tonight its grilled chicken caesar salads for dinner, then my bike, my arm exercise and that's about it.

Just call me Miss Excitement.
