Working it out Wednesday
Varying my workouts these days, carrying on the tradition from Commit to be Fit - it's a different mindset for me than "training for something" (like couch to 5K) and some days feels like "cheating" so i have to work on that mindset.
Did 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning (about 1.25 miles), then moved to weights, focusing mostly on lower body. Finished up with flexibility and stretching for a total hour workout.
Tomorrow night I have a personal training session with the trainer who did the commit to be fit with us, so I'll undoubtedly be hurting on Friday ;-).
