Tuesday Workouts?

Good morning everybody.


In true predictable form, I hit the gym at work this morning, and did an hour on the elliptical to the tune of 4.5 miles and 800 calories. Feeling good right now, will feel even better after some COFFEE.


Who else is getting their sweat on today?

Started my day at the gym and had an hour training session with the trainer today was upper body!

I'll be on my recumbant around 6:30 tonight going for 45 minutes. Won't sweat like I did on the treadmill last night but I'll still get a good work-out in.

Since my job is changing effective Monday and I will begin some traveling, I am going to try to start posting my workouts to help me stay accountable.  I have been using my "gym rat" buddies who ask where I was if I miss, but with the new job, they won't be able to do that regularly, so . .

Today was 30 minutes on the arc trainer, followed by 30 minute strength training circuit (legs); followed by 3 mile run.
