Tuesday Workouts?
Since my job is changing effective Monday and I will begin some traveling, I am going to try to start posting my workouts to help me stay accountable. I have been using my "gym rat" buddies who ask where I was if I miss, but with the new job, they won't be able to do that regularly, so . .
Today was 30 minutes on the arc trainer, followed by 30 minute strength training circuit (legs); followed by 3 mile run.
