Ingredients:

Tabasco Sauce to taste
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon onion, finely minced
1 tablespoon chives, finely minced
garlic salt to taste
Heinz 1 carb ketchup for dipping (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
In the mood for potato cakes? We've got the solution!
Beat egg whites and Tabasco until soft peaks form. Add remaining ingredients and gently mix them in.
Spoon and shape into cake size patties on a griddle sprayed with butter flavor Pam. Cook on medium heat and brown on one side. Just before flipping, spray the tops with more Pam. Brown on the other side and serve.
