LOL, Thanks Pam, yup cut my hair and am letting the grey grow out, mostly because my scalp does not like the dye, always knew I was allergic, but having to dye it as often as I was doing in the last few years (3 weeks), my scalp really got sensitive, so far the feedback has been positive and I like it, I might go with dyeing just the tips as it looks cool two toned gray and brown, so we'll see what things look like in another couple of haircuts.

Only people who don't like my hair this way so far are my kids and heck their opinion don't matter (lol), when I came home with the shorter hair, Tony looked at me and said, it looks different, but very good different and that and my opinion are what matters, I like it. . .

Hope to see you somewhere soon. . .  oh and it's your surgiversary month too. . .  woo hoo, hard to believe 3 years have passed. . .

I have GOT to get off the carbs.  Didn't loose anything last week.  Still down 56 pounds but  still have a ways to go too.

B: Light mini baby bell, eat this after coming home from the gym.  I don't want to take my vitamins on an empty stomach.

S:  pumpkin banana protein shake, it was yummy.
L:  tuna and a few crackers

D: not sure yet. Forgot to take something out of the freezer. It will be a meat and veggie for sure.

No snack for me.  Got to get a grip!

8 oz.  Milk (or 4 oz milk/4 oz. water)
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
3 T. Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
1/2 Banana, frozen (or fresh)
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (SF Vanilla, Caramel, Pumpkin Pie would all work)
dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
2-3 Ice Cubes
Blend and enjoy.  It was really good.  I like pumpkin.  I would have put 1 more tablespoon of pumpkin in it.
