quick update

I am over two weeks out of surgery for a torn labrum in my right hip.  I am better but still in pain and still crutching around.  I started physical therapy yesterday.  She kicked my butt - 2 minutes on the ARC trainer was super difficult.  I was so miserable last night.   I am also learning to walk on one crutch.  My short term goal is to be crutch free when I return to work.   I will be in therapy for at least 3 months.  My eyes are still on the prize... that princess crown medal for the Princess half marathon is Disney.

I saw your picture in Webster's Dictionary next to "Tenacious".....You Go Girl!!!!   You'll look great in that crown!

I am glad to hear that you are moving along albeit with crutches and with pain. Be kind to yourself and dont pu**** so the surgery works
