Everyone feeling sluggish today??

It's late in the day - almost 1:00 PM - nobody has posted the exercise thread?

OK, I admit that when I went to bed last night I didn't even set my alarm for 0-dark-thirty this morning - I slept in til 5:15 - and I slept damn good, too, thank you very much! So no work-out for me this morning.

That being said, I did take my carcass over to the Plaza at lunch and did a 20 minute walk around the mall - no I did NOT take my wallet or any credit cards - I did NOT stop in any store - and I did NOT run over any senior citizens! It was actually a very pleasant experience, and one I think worth repeating.

So while its certainly not a marathon, bikeathon or sweat-a-thon, I did get up and do something. Today after work I have my PT and depending on how ambitious I feel after that I just may ride my bike.

Kathy,
No formal exercising for me. BUT I have a 2 o'clock appointment with my Hematologist to get my labs done again. I need to be cleared 100% before I can even walk the malls. I am so upset that I have not started the exercise post in over 2 month but know that read it every single day. You guys inspire and rock me. I have lost almost 15lbs getting me down to my weight loss goal of 135lbs. It does not feel as good as I thought it would it happened unnaturally but I will watch what I put in my mouth going forward. Hoping to find answers at the doctor's office today. Keep on truckin' Kathy. You are doing great!

Have to agree with the doctors on this one, Shilpa - no exercise until you're back to 100% - you certainly don't want a relapse of any kind, and I know you will get back on that eliptical as soon as you can. WOW - 135? There can't be anything left of you!! That's wonderful, tho - and I hope you are feeling back to your wonderful self soon.

Thanks Kathy that means a lot to me. I don't want to lose any more weight 3 weeks ago you would not have heard those words out of my mouth but I really am happy weight wise where I am and yes I will be on my Elliptical in no time. I just have to get my strength and energy up. I am listening to the doctors on this one. I have too much riding on it. My family needs me to get better and frankly I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. LOL
