Monday movers and shakers
Got to the gym this morning - first MORNING at the gym in a month! Did a combined cardio-strength workout. 10 minutes on the treadmill (running), 5 minutes on the rower, then a lot of mat work (chest flys on the ball, pushups, ball planks, ball crunches, leg lifts, rinse and repeat). Finished up with stretching.

hello,
Went to the gym this morning. Today was my cardio day. I did 20 minutes on the bike and 30 hard hills on the elliptical. Tomorrow is like cardio and lower body strength training.
I have wanting to get my bike out to VF. Every time I think about going, the husband has other errands and things we need to do. I'll get there before the weather changes, I hope!
