Ingredients:
Serves 8
1 1/4 cup chicken or fish broth
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 hot red chili pepper, finely minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs shrimp, fresh or frozen, peeled & deveined
Cooking Instructions:
In a large nonstick skillet combine the first 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil and coo****il reduced by half. Add shrimp and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
