Murky Monday Work-Out

Good morning all - boy, one of those dark and gloomy (and cold!) mornings where all you want to do is snuggle down deeper into the covers and say 'screw it, I'm not getting up to exercise this morning'...BUT...

...I DID GET UP AND EXERCISE THIS MORNING and feel so much better for it. I did 5.75 miles on my bike and it felt pretty good - could have gone a little further but was running out of time, so tomorrow no hitting the snooze even once so I can get over that 6 mile hump.

Anybody else moving today??

Me too!

It was hard to get out of bed this monring. Perfect sleeping weather. Cool air, and warm covers!

I'm good for 60 minutes on the elliptical, and I'm raring to get busy today at work. Lots to do!

I also got up, regretably, and went to the gym this morning.

20 minutes on bike

30 minutes on treadmile and 3.7mph!  I'm working up to a faster pass this month.  By the end of the month I want to be at 4.0 mph

Howdy!

Heading to "Commit to be fit" tonight after work - didn't do any workouts this weekend, although I was quite active all weekend.  This is the last week of the class, so the push is on to get as much out of it as possible. 

Tonight was SUPPOSED to be another outside run, but given the weather, he moved it inside (THANK YOU!!!).  I'm assuming cardio...

Getting changed and heading to the basement for a run on the treadmill.

We have done so much walking the past week while on vacation that my legs are tired, tired tired, but I need to work through it and get the lead out..

am going to get up now..

Today I did 4 flights of stairs twice instead of taking the elevator.  I can now make it up and down the stairs two full times without getting out of breath or stopping at each landing feeling as if I need oxygen. 

After work got to the gym.
