Monday Monday roll call!
Happy Birthday to Siehara!
Today I am sitting in the recliner... what's new? I did a lot over the weekend and I am exhausted. I tried to quit my pain meds cold turkey yesterday and that didn't work to well. But I was able to cut out (at least) half of what I was taking. I also was able to walk a little without the crutches. Have I mentioned that I had crutches?
Have a great day everyone!

Happy Birthday to Siehara!! Unfortunately with the economy the way it is and you being a single mom she is old enough to understand that things are tight. I explain that all the time to Dee and she is only seven!! Glad that the girls had a good time! It sounds like fun!!
My weekend was busy and tiring! So tiring that I overslept this morning! YIKES!! Rushed to get dressed and get Dee up and to school. Then traffic was busy with a bridge opening mixed in!! Still made it to work with a minute to spare.
Today, wor****il 3:30 unless we have a faculty meeting. Then I have to go home and deal with grumpy pants(otherwise known as Steven) He is having a colonoscopy tomorrow and is on a liquid diet today. At least he can have coffee! No food though, which will probably make him grumpy. Add on all the trips to the bathroom....you get the idea! I told him that I would take Dee out for dinner so he wouldn't have to see us eat or smell any food. He did that for me when I was recovering from my surgery. Prayers PLEASE!! I am concerned because he has lost ALOT of weight. He thinks it is stress related which is possible because he HATES his job!! Plus we are dealing with some personal stress right now too.
Oh well, enough of my griping! I am going to suck it up as I always do!!
Have a great day!
Beth

Well today has me back in work recovering from a non stop weekend of fun with Dennis then friends. We saw the Soul Cruisers not once but twice this weekend,
Today I think I many leave work early to just go home to get a jump on stuff from never being home my house is a mess. But Dennis & I work together when we go on a cleaning mission. I also have to get a bunch of my old fat clothes together I found a local women's shelter that needs plus size clothing donations. They will come pick them up for protection reasons for the women.
I need to go to bed early tonight that is for sure and really need to do some long hard thinking about a few things swirling though my head.
Have a great day!
So, then yesterday I ate fish for breakfast...I know, it sounds gross, but, it tasted good, but it got stuck and I slept it off for about 2 hours. Then I felt better. I had a rough week with puking for various reasons last week. Went shopping and got more yogurts and soups for this week. I hate puking!
Today, I head to the doctor for a blood checkup regarding vitamin A. Then Peyton has dance, pick Sierra up at cheerleading, open house at Alexis' school at 6. Gonna' be a busy one!
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning, Lisa/PA,
Happy birthday to Siehara!! I am not a single mom but our kids never had birthday parties for the fact that we couldn't afford them. We would let them have a couple friends over for ice cream and cake but they never complained about not having a party. She'll be fine.
It's already 11:00. I'll be at work till 5. My bff, Cherish, is leaving for Florida today for a week. Yes I am jeolous but I'll miss her too. Work is no fun when she's not here!!
I had a great weekend shopping at a couple of Goodwill stores. My 22/24 clothes where just getting ridiculously big so it was time to go shopping. Found a bunch of really nice stuff. Went to Kohls yesterday to by a new bra. Bought one on sale and exactly found one on the clearance rack in my size too. BONUS!!
After work, just dinner and chillin' at home.
Hope everyone has a good day. Stay warm. It's a bit nippy out there.

I am home today and taking care of the post vacation clean up (unpacking, laundry, etc, ) - getting back on east coast time and actually enjoying that it is crappy out and we are staying inside - Mark and I will be doing a workout, then going to the supermarket, doing some cooking for the week and then going to bed.
Our vacation was AWESOME!! Enjoyed every minute of it - seeing family, some of which I haven't seen in 10 years was a great wow because I look so different than they remember. The biggest WOW was being able to do 5 hours and 15 minutes of hiking on Mt. Rainier - We climbed over 1700 feet and were at an elevation of 7000 feet AND I was able to breathe!!! I posted pics on Facebook today - just loved, loved, loved it.
Beth - I hope all is well with Steven tomorrow.
love to everyone!
