***Sane Saturday Roll Call***

Good Morning PA,
I am up for no real reason, other than I took a long nap this afternoon.  I call this a Sane Saturday, because I am really struggling with a lot of things right now, most of them my horrific depression, which worsens in October.  My father and brother died in October, and I struggle every single year because of it.  I also have my gazillionth sinus infection, which has me foggier than London.

So, to try to break through this mess, I am going to get my butt to the Barix group today.  I will probably be a little late, because I am taking my dog to Core Creek.  There is a dog walk for Hope for the Animals, and PetSmart is taking doggy portraits for a $5 donation to the charity.  It's time I got Utley framed.  I also must get to an AA meeting, as I had to go back on the Percocet for the pain, because nothing else was working.  That makes me a little goofy, or I should say, goofier than usual.

On a bright note, I am thinking about a trip to Michigan to see my grandchildren at the end of the Month.  My birthday is November 1st, and I would love to see those angels on Halloween, and for my birthday.  I can't think of a better things to plan during this month.

Huggles,
Trish

Good Morning Trish and PA,

I hope you feel better Trish - a sinus infection along with the rainy weather is no fun at all!

Today I am doing a whole lot of nothing.  Still recovering in the recliner.  My friends are coming to take me out to dinner which I am looking forward too.  That I am sure will exhaust me.  I am also trying to wean myself off of the pain medication.  It makes me want to sleep all the time.  I am allowed to drive on Tuesday if I am off my medication and that is my goal!

Have a super Saturday!

Good Morning Trish, PA

Well I will look forward to seeing you at Barix later this morning. . .

In the meantime, I picked up my baby girl (lol), 33 year young daughter, Angela, from the airport and we went to have sushi last night, she is still sleeping, as she worked her shift, yesterday and than had a class, so she did not get much sleep, she certainly is not loving the night shift, kudos to those who can do it (Pam for one), not an easy task when you need sleep, my baby girl always slept a minimum of 10 hours. . .  anyway, it is great to have her here and we will be surprising her big brother and nephew later today when we go to Vaughn's birthday party.

So basically, I've already stated all I have planned for today, so I will wish all of you a good day, it sure looks beautiful, time to take Roxie for her walk,

Hugs, Laureen

Hi all,

Trish, you are not alone. I am going through some mega stuff also. We can hold each other up through this tough time.

Finished my first week in CNA training. I think I'd like to go on to LPN after I get this job down pat. They have quite a few openings right now at the hospital. Now I understand how important CNAs are. I will have to ask hubby to be my patient for awhile.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Good morning, all!!!

We're at Paul's house in DE this weekend.  Kid day today----we need to go get some posterboard for a school project, then a marching band competition this afternoon.  I want to cruise through a neighborhood that's having a community yard sale when we go out this morning.

Have a great day!!!  Wishing peace and strength to all!!!

Good Morning All

Trish I hope that you feel better!!

I had my iron infusion on thursday this week and it is making me quite achy. I am home alone with Amelia today, Chris is working so we'll just be hanging out and playing. We might take a walk later and see how angry the Deleware is looking.

Have a good day all! I wish I could come to Barix but I don't have a sitter.

Liz,
I had similar symptoms when I was having my iron infusions, so I totally relate to your achiness.  It is well worth the time and pain,.

Hang in there and have a great weekend with Amelia.

Hugs,
Trish
