Thursday's Food Plan

So whatcha eating today?

Here's my plan
B: bagel think with cream cheese
S: fage and nectarine
L: steak bits and cheddar cheese
S: protein bar
D: ordering out with my family
S: chocolate pudding

hmmm... this is going to be a harder one since I will be out part of the day for a change

B: Click shake
S: probably nothing since I will be in synagogue
L: whatever protein I can muster up at the lunch at synagogue-they usually have tuna so I hope they do today
S: ricotta w/sf pudding powder
D: salmon--still haven't made it, need to do it tonight for sure
S: probably nothing since I will be back at synagogue-- or maybe a protein bar when I get home.

getting in the water is going to be tougher today, again because of synagogue.  I used to bring a bottle of water with me, but the Rabbi's wife said something to Siehara about drinking during services one day and I'm not sure if I should.

Morning - I had 2 rotten bananas and 1 rotten apple in the fruit dept this morning so there won't be any of that in my diet today...bummer. Have to make a trip to the grocery store this weekend.

B:  SF Van Iced Coffee & Burrito
S:  Protein Bar
L:  Turkey & Cheese Roll-ups; Almonds
S:  Lo-fat Cottage Cheese; WW Ritz Crackers
D:  Cheeseburger Pie; Salad
S:  SF Pudding of some kind

Doesn't get much more exciting than that, does it!
